The work begins with the person – not the title.
Greg Riley has spent decades in enterprise environments and in the study and practice of human behaviour.
His work connects the realities of responsibility, judgement and performance with the questions that success does not answer on its own: how we relate, what we value and what we want our lives to make possible.
He is based in Melbourne and works with clients internationally.
Different responsibilities. A shared human experience.
Greg has worked with founders, entrepreneurs and C-suite executives, Australian rules footballers, Australian cricketers, musicians, psychologists, and everyday mums and dads.
Different ambitions and circumstances. A shared interest in understanding themselves, their relationships and what becomes possible next.
The breadth of that work matters. Human behaviour does not stop at the office door – and a title does not explain a whole person.
What are we not seeing?
As seen and heard on
Intuition belongs beside examination.
Intuition and a deeper exploration of human experience are part of Greg’s work. So are observation, context and the willingness to test an interpretation.
You do not need to adopt a spiritual worldview. Nor are you asked to accept an impression as certain knowledge about your life.
The purpose is not to substitute Greg’s answers for your judgement. It is to expand what is available to your own.
Why Frontier exists.
Frontier exists to expand what becomes humanly possible.
That belief reaches beyond achievement. It includes the relationships you can deepen, the choices you can make differently, the contribution you can make and the life you want to experience.
The next frontier is human.
