I’ve buried 9 mates due to suicide. But I also know what it’s like when you open yourself up to a different way, when you embrace the knowledge of connecting on every level of mind, body and spirit and I know the fulfilment of happiness when you live a life true to who you are and look up to yourself, as your own hero.
